Bf 109 G-6  Werknummer 411920 crashed west of Aalborg 16/11-1944.

 

The aircraft belonged to 1./ JG 102 and was coded 152
T/o Aalborg   OP: Training

 

Student pilot Gefreiter Franz Kowalski was flying too slow and stalled his Bf 109G and crashed west of Aalborg at 08:40 hrs and thus lost his life. The aircraft was a 100% loss.

Franz Kowalski was laid to rest in Frederikshavn cemetery on 21/11-1944.
