Bf 109G emergency landed near Øster Gejl 24/12 1944.
The aircraft belonged to 4./ JG 102 and was coded ?
T/o Flensburg Weicke. Op: Transfer flight.
Unteroffizier Sturm was on a transfer flight from Flensburg Weicke to
Frederikshavn when he experienced engine problems.
He belly landed the Bf 109G near Øster Gejl.
The pilot was unharmed but it appeares that the aircraft was 90% damaged.
