FW 190A-2 serial number 0094 crashed north of Frederiksværk 2/5 1944.


The aircraft belonged to Schiesschule der Luftwaffe and was coded ?
T/o Værløse. Op: Vermesserungsflug.


The FW 190 crashed near Vinderød School in the morning at about 04:00 hrs killing Pilot Oberfeldwebel Ernst Schüssler. A fire started and the FW 190 was a 100% loss.

Schüssler is recorded to have died from a broken skull and a broken lower jaw. He was laid to rest in København Vestre Cemetery on 8/5 at 11:00 hrs. The ceremony took place from the Eastern Chapel.
