FW 58 serial number 3643 crashed near Fliegerplatz Avnø 23/4 1944.


The aircraft belonged to Flugzeug Führer Schule A10 and was coded CB+GV.
T/o Avnø. Op: Training.


The FW 58 collided with Bü 181 serial number 110238 near Fliegerplatz Avnø and became a 100% loss killing the two crewmembers.
 
Student pilot Flieger Günther Theyssen died from a broken skull and was laid to rest in København Vester Cemetery on 26/4 at 10:00 hrs. The ceremony took place from the Eastern Chapel.

Student pilot Flieger Franz Wydmuch also died from a broken skull and was laid to rest in København Vestre Cemetery on 28/4 at 10:00 hrs. The ceremony took place from the Eastern Chapel.
