Bü 131 serial number 4468 crashed near Fliegerplatz Avnø 8/5 1943.


The aircraft belonged to Flugzeug Führer Schule A/B 10 and was coded GC+OX.
T/o Avnø. Op: Training.


Student pilot Gefreiter Wilhelm Weber lost control of the Bü 131 while training aerobatic.
The aircraft crashed into the sea near the Fliegerplatz killing Weber.

On 12/5 his body had not yet been found but this must have happened later as he now rest in København Vestre cemetery.
