T/o Aalborg West. Op: Feindflug.


The aircraft was ditched in the North Sea off Lønstrup at 09:30 hours and was a 100% loss.

The crew entered the aircraft’s dinghy and paddled ashore near Lønstrup. Air Gnr. Feldwebel Josef Vogt and Flt.Engr. Unteroffizier Ernst Nitzsche were both wounded and were taken to the Standort Lazarett Aalborg.
