Hampden I P4352 crashed in the North Sea on 4/7 1940.


The aircraft belonged to RAF 44 Sqn. Bomber Command and was coded KM-?
T/O Waddington OP: Gardening i Store Bælt.


For reasons unknown P4352 crashed in the North Sea. Pilot P/O Desmond A.Todd, Observer Sgt Eric T. Apperson and W/Op-Air Gnr.Sgt Arthur Baird have no known grave and are commemorated on the Runnymede Memorial.
On 27/7 Receiver of Wrecks, Mogens Aaen found the body of Air Gnr. F/LT William S. Bull drifted ashore in Beach area no. 36 near Klegod. On 4/8 1940 Bull was laid to rest in Nr. Lyngvig cemetery.
